Who we are

This website is run by Erica Torta and Abderrahman Lyassi (Lyto), Turin, Italy, who are joint controllers of your personal data. For anything about your data, write to hello@lyto.studio.

What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Email: what you write to us at hello@lyto.studio.
  • Instagram messages: if you DM @mr.lyto or @ms.lyto, Instagram (Meta) handles that data under its own privacy policy.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of the visit) for security.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details only to answer you, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, carry out the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Server logs rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (art. 6(1)(f)). We don't send newsletters, and we don't sell or share your data for marketing.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and email forwarding.
  • Formspree: receives the contact form and forwards it to us by email.

These providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. in the United States), under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Requests that don't become a project: up to 24 months after our last contact. Clients: for the whole project and then as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it (GDPR arts. 15–22). Just write to hello@lyto.studio. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and loads no third-party trackers. The fonts are hosted on our own server.

The only thing we store in your browser is your language choice (EN/IT), saved in localStorage under the name lyto-lang. It is strictly necessary for the feature you asked for, never leaves your device, and you can delete it by clearing your browser's site data. That's why there is no cookie banner.

Links to Instagram, TikTok and other sites take you to services with their own cookie and privacy policies.

Chi siamo

Questo sito è gestito da Erica Torta e Abderrahman Lyassi (Lyto), Torino, contitolari del trattamento dei tuoi dati personali. Per qualsiasi domanda sui tuoi dati scrivi a hello@lyto.studio.

Quali dati raccogliamo

  • Modulo di contatto: nome, email, il servizio che ti interessa e il tuo messaggio.
  • Email: quello che ci scrivi a hello@lyto.studio.
  • Messaggi su Instagram: se scrivi in DM a @mr.lyto o @ms.lyto, quei dati li gestisce Instagram (Meta) secondo la sua privacy policy.
  • Dati tecnici: il nostro fornitore di hosting conserva i normali log del server (indirizzo IP, browser, ora della visita) per motivi di sicurezza.

Perché e su quale base

Usiamo i tuoi dati solo per risponderti, prepararti un preventivo e, se ci scegli, realizzare il progetto. La base giuridica è l'esecuzione di misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta e del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR). I log del server si basano sul nostro legittimo interesse a tenere il sito sicuro (art. 6.1.f). Non mandiamo newsletter e non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati per marketing.

Chi altro li tratta

  • Cloudflare: hosting del sito e inoltro delle email.
  • Formspree: riceve il modulo di contatto e ce lo inoltra via email.

Questi fornitori possono trattare dati fuori dall'UE (per esempio negli Stati Uniti), nel quadro dell'EU-US Data Privacy Framework o delle clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.

Per quanto tempo

Richieste che non diventano un progetto: al massimo 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto. Clienti: per tutta la durata del progetto e poi per il tempo richiesto dalle norme fiscali e contabili.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere di vedere, correggere o cancellare i tuoi dati, limitarne l'uso od opporti, e riceverne una copia (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Basta scrivere a hello@lyto.studio. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookie

Questo sito non usa cookie di profilazione, statistica o pubblicità e non carica tracciatori di terze parti. I font sono ospitati sul nostro server.

L'unica cosa che salviamo nel tuo browser è la lingua che scegli (EN/IT), nel localStorage con il nome lyto-lang. È strettamente necessaria per la funzione che hai chiesto, non esce dal tuo dispositivo e puoi cancellarla svuotando i dati del sito nel browser. Per questo non c'è il banner dei cookie.

I link a Instagram, TikTok e altri siti portano a servizi che hanno le proprie policy su cookie e privacy.
